I Remember

A year before 9/11 I had visited the World Trade Center on a business trip. I'm afraid of heights and will never forget leaning up against the glass in the observation area and looking down all those floors to the ground below.

On 9/11 I was pregnant with my first child and gave birth only a week later. I will never forget the hopes and fears of being a first time mom and the aftermath from this horrible thing that happened to our country.

Today, I sat down with my child and tried to explain what had happened this day and why we can NEVER forget.

God Bless America and the troops keeping my children and country safe!

It's has been a lazy summer... so sorry to not have blogged in like forever!! We are in the process of updating all our images and adding some new fabrics. Many of our old fabrics are now discontinued or soon to be discontinued so that I can make room for the new stuff. So if you see something you like please get it before it's gone. Monochromatic Blankets

We've just added several different monochromatic minky blankets. We have them available in pink, blue, chocolate and sage. Blankets come with one side of luxurious minky dot and the other side with a fluffy rosebud. These blankets are so decadent that I have several people asking for mommy sizes! I might even make one for me!
